Welcome to Facilitators For a Better Jamaica  (FFBJ) website. Upon identifying the clear need for an independent voice in speaking up for Jamaicans interests at home and abroad. FFBJ seeks to provide a strong and influential voice in the community and within the political arena.

Facilitators for a Better Jamaica is a Think Tank and lobbying group that specialises in being an effective voice with a mandate to speak up for Jamaica and Jamaicans interest in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Think Tanks are organisations conducting political research activities in educating and illuminating civil society and, most especially, providing advice to decision makers. In reality, many think tanks are little more than public relations fronts, generating self-serving scholarship that serves the advocacy goals of their industry sponsors.

Lobbying is a collaborative effort constructed to achieve some result, typically from government authorities and elected officials. Working with a lobbying group you can enjoy meeting others who share your interests and concerns, Learn effective techniques, Coordinate your efforts with others for greater impact and Stay informed of pending legislation.

Think tanks in the UK includes Adam Smith Institute, Asia- Pacific Foundation, The Bow Group, Centre for European Reform, Centre for Policy Studies, Centre for Reform and Crime and Society Foundation these are now joined by Facilitators For a Better Jamaica.

To become a part of FFBJ all we ask is for men and women, young or old (and diverse) with the driving determination to place Jamaica and Jamaicans on the bargaining platforms across the globe. To be able to partnership with us to   ultimately build a strong and vibrant Jamaican community in the United Kingdom and the rest of the world.
